This Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered between CYBRIX 360 AI LIMITED having its registered office at Level 30, The Leadenhall Building, 122 Leadenhall Street, London EC3V 4AB, United Kingdom, through its website ngage360.app, and ‘You’ as the User on the website. The terms such as ‘Company’, ‘Platform’, and ‘NGage 360’ shall be used in reference to the Platform, and the terms such as ‘You’, ‘User’, and ‘Client’ shall be used in reference to the User of the website.

The Policy explains how NGage 360 (referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares personal information, as well as the options available to you regarding this information. Please read this Policy carefully to understand how we handle your personal data. If you do not agree with our practices, please refrain from accessing or using our Websites or Services.

This Policy applies to all personal data collected by NGage 360 through its Websites, software products, and any other interactions you may have with us. However, it does not apply to any third-party websites or businesses that we may link to or that may link to us.

  3. If you sign up as a User, we may gather certain details such as your name, company name, telephone number, address and email address. If a Visitor gets in touch with us or inquires about our Service, we will collect their email address and some additional contact information to fulfill their request. We might also inquire about their name, company name, telephone number, and email address. Additionally, we may ask for information about their company, job, and professional background. E. DATA RETENTION

  2. After you terminate or deactivate your account, we will delete your Customer Data within 30 days, and make your User Metrics anonymous. However, we may still keep your contact information, user profile, and other personal data in our records. Once the purpose for which we collected your personal data is no longer applicable, and there is no business or legal reason to retain it, we will securely delete or anonymize your data. H. MISCELLANEOUS
  1. When you make a purchase with us, your payment card information is collected and processed by our payment processor. We do not receive or store your full payment card information. We suggest that you read the payment processor’s privacy policy before making a purchase.
  2. Our Services and Websites are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that their child under the age of 18 has provided us with personal data, they can contact us and we will make an effort to delete the child’s data as soon as possible.
