PLEASE READ THE POLICY, CONDITIONS AND PROCESS CAREFULLY AS THEY CONTAIN IMPORTANT INFORMATION AND GUIDELINES FOR CUSTOMERS OF CYBRIX 360 AI LIMITED (“WE” OR “US” OR “NGAGE 360”) ON REFUND AND CANCELLATIONS. WE MAY AMEND THIS POLICY FROM TIME TO TIME WHICH SHALL BE UPDATED ON OUR WEBSITE.
If your account was disabled by NGage 360 for violating our policies, or if you have requested to terminate the account yourself, then any paid fees for purchasing Subscription(s) or Add On Packages will not be refunded.
All fees paid for subscriptions and add on packages on NGage 360 are non-refundable. It is your responsibility to evaluate and understand our Paid Features, including its limitations, before purchasing any Paid Features. You can always get in touch with our support team to understand the benefits of our subscriptions and add-on packages before you make a purchase.
NGage 360 also does not offer prorated refunds for canceled accounts with active subscriptions or paid add-on packages. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an active license. In order to treat everyone equally, no exceptions will be made.
